Camped during the Australia long weekend and loved it. We were recommended by friends who have been staying here for over 5 years and are impressed with the facilities available.
We spent 2 nights in unpowered site and we were really happy with all the facilities and kids enjoyed it. Also it is very close to the beach and it is just a few minutes walk. Woodside beach caravan park sells food items, ice, fire pits and wood. Usually these items are bit expensive in caravan parks but here it is cheaper or same price like other stores.
The location is perfect and the owner was really informed and great for a chat! The facilities are clean, if a little dated but as long as you know the constraints this place is well worth a stop! Beach for (90) miles and nothing but skyline from there. They're on rain water, which can have obvious supply issues, so bring you own H20 stash if you can. Wish I could have stayed longer!
